CINATANIC uses artificial intelligence to generate cinematic content, including synthetic imagery, video, and audio. This policy explains how we use AI, what safeguards we have in place, and what rights you have over your likeness.
How We Use AI
We use AI to generate fictional cinematic scenes, character portrayals, and narrative content. AI is used to transform consented likeness data into fictional characters within approved story contexts.
AI-generated content on CINATANIC is always fictional. It is never intended to represent real events, real statements, or real actions by real people.
Consent & Likeness Rights
Your likeness — including your face, voice, and physical appearance — will never be used in AI-generated content without your explicit, verifiable consent.
You control exactly what you consent to: which genres, which story types, which creators, and which specific uses. You can update or revoke your consent at any time through your account settings.
Revoking consent triggers immediate removal of your likeness from all future content generation. Existing published content containing your likeness will be removed within 72 hours of revocation.
AI Content Labeling
All AI-generated content on CINATANIC is labeled with a visible "AI-Generated" marker. This applies to images, video, audio, and any synthetic media.
We do not permit the distribution of unlabeled AI-generated content. Attempting to remove or obscure AI content labels is a violation of our Community Guidelines.
Prohibited AI Uses
We prohibit the use of our AI systems to generate: nonconsensual intimate imagery, content depicting minors in sexual contexts, content designed to defame or harm real individuals, disinformation or synthetic media designed to deceive, and content that impersonates real people without their consent.
Our AI systems include technical safeguards to prevent these uses. Attempts to circumvent these safeguards will result in immediate account termination.
Data & Privacy
Likeness data you provide is used solely for the purpose of generating content you have explicitly consented to. We do not sell, license, or share your likeness data with third parties.
